ABOUT NANCY LETHCOE
Born and raised just outside Los Angeles, Nancy is a true ’80s kid who grew up surrounded by big music, bold fashion, and an unshakable sense of hope.
The ’80s shaped Nancy’s love for stories full of adventure, mystery, and heart—especially the ones where justice wins and characters live loud and unapologetically.
From a young age, Nancy was drawn to fantasy and mystery, and the ever-iconic Nancy Drew (named after her, no less). Her writing reflects that blend of nostalgia and heart, bringing cozy mysteries to life with a twist of humor and a dash of danger.
When she’s not writing, you’ll find her exploring vintage shops or quoting classic ’80s movies like Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. As a freelance writer, she combines humor, warmth, and a love of mystery to craft stories that invite readers to escape, wonder, and maybe solve a few puzzles along the way.
Nancy lives in Kansas City with her husband Jason, but her heart will always belong to the neon lights and big dreams of 1980s Los Angeles.
Nancy is represented by Jen Nadol of The Unter Agency.
